Providing data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible for customers to receive the newsletter.

According to the same article, they have the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of unlawfully processed data, and the opposing in any case, for legitimate reasons, of their data treatment.
