The ingredients of this jam were chosen so as to perfectly balance the sour taste of green tomatoes to obtain a compound of a particular taste, but surprisingly light.
IN THE KITCHEN
To pair with cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano of 48-60 months, but because of its sour taste it is also excellent with fish, grilled meat or a good plate of cured meat.
ONCE OPENED
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
